Setting up your erek 04 Virtual Account
The Virtual Account feature is available once your erek 04 account is verified. We ask for your government ID and proof of address as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This verification typically completes within a few business hours and unlocks access to higher account limits, full withdrawal capabilities, and your Virtual Account number.
Once verified, log into your erek 04 account and navigate to the Deposit section. You'll see an option to "Generate Virtual Account." We display the available banks—BCA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment—and you select your preferred institution. Within moments, our system generates a unique virtual account number linked to your profile. This number remains the same for your entire account lifetime, so you can use it repeatedly without requesting a new one.
Your virtual account number is displayed prominently in your account dashboard. We recommend saving it or creating a bookmark for quick reference. You can also copy the number and paste it into your bank's transfer recipient field—this eliminates transcription errors and speeds up future deposits.
How deposits work with your Virtual Account
Making a deposit using your Virtual Account is identical to a standard bank transfer. Open your bank app (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment), navigate to "Send Money" or "Transfer," and enter the virtual account number we generated for you. Specify the amount you want to deposit and confirm the transfer. Your bank processes the transaction according to its standard fee and timing schedule.
Once your bank confirms the transfer, the funds travel to our settlement bank account. Our system reconciles incoming transfers continuously throughout the day. When we identify a deposit matching your virtual account number and amount, we credit your erek 04 wallet automatically. This usually takes moments during business hours, though bank-to-bank transfers may occasionally take a few hours depending on the sending and receiving banks' processing schedules.

Virtual Account and slot game access
Funds deposited via your Virtual Account land in your main erek 04 wallet, which powers all our gaming verticals. Bank support and fees
We support Virtual Accounts through four major Indonesian banks: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. Each bank charges its own transfer fees—typically a small amount per transaction. These fees are deducted by your bank, not by erek 04. When you initiate a transfer, your bank displays the exact fee before you confirm, so you know the total amount that will be debited from your account.
We do not charge an additional fee for receiving your Virtual Account deposit. Once your bank transfers funds to our settlement account, we credit your erek 04 wallet at full value. There's no hidden cut or processing charge on our end.

Timing and transaction tracking
Virtual Account deposits during business hours (typically weekdays 08:00–17:00 WIB) usually appear in your erek 04 wallet within minutes. Outside business hours or on weekends, your bank may hold the transfer until the next business day, but once it reaches our settlement account, we credit you immediately.
You can track every Virtual Account deposit in your account dashboard. Navigate to "Transaction History" and filter by "Deposits" to see a complete record—amount, transfer time, confirmation status, and wallet credit timestamp. If a deposit appears delayed, check your bank app first to confirm the transfer was processed. If your bank shows the transfer completed but your erek 04 wallet hasn't been credited, contact our support team with your bank's transaction reference number, and we'll investigate.
Security and account protection
Your Virtual Account number is unique to your erek 04 profile and cannot be reassigned or shared across accounts. If someone obtains your virtual number, they can send funds to your wallet—but they cannot access your account, place wagers, or withdraw money without your login credentials and two-factor authentication code.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your erek 04 account. This adds a second security layer: when you log in or request a withdrawal, we send a code to your registered phone number. You must enter this code to proceed, preventing unauthorized access even if someone learns your password. Your Virtual Account deposits are protected by the same security standards we apply to all payment methods on erek 04.
Withdrawal from your Virtual Account wallet
Your Virtual Account is a deposit-only feature—you cannot withdraw directly to it. However, once funds from your Virtual Account are in your erek 04 wallet, you can withdraw to any of our supported payment methods: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or back to a bank account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet via direct transfer).
To withdraw, navigate to the Withdrawal section of your account, select your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed subject to standard verification windows—usually within a few business hours. Your KYC verification status and account age may affect withdrawal limits; we display these clearly in your account settings.
